Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel a reservation booked on our website prior to arrival, the Downhill Inn has a strict policy of 24 hours notice.

Please note that cancellations must be made before 12 noon on the day prior to arrival. All non-arrivals and cancellations after this time will incur the equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation charge

Advance Purchase – Full Payment will be processed after the Booking is made, Refunds on this payment are not available in the event of cancellation.

The booking deposit is non-refundable and is charged to your credit card at the time of "make reservation" submission. The booking deposit will show as "Net Affinity, Dublin" on your credit card statement. The remaining charge is payable to the Downhill Inn.
